Hoodibrass is a software design and development consultancy owned and run by Toby Steele.

Toby is an expert in software development and digital media, who has been working on cutting-edge media technology for more than two decades. He has extensive experience planning, designing, implementing and managing the development of multiple large-scale software projects working for, and with, some of the biggest names in technology:
Microsoft: Developed features for Media Center on Windows 7, Zune client and Microsoft Mediaroom;
BBC: Developed Broadcast Centre infrastructure and STB client technology for many of the BBCs interactive TV services
Ericsson: Managed development teams working on Ericsson’s MediaFirst internet and IP TV product
Sony: Developed features for Broadcast Server and Media Archive systems
